Shipping & Returns

  • We ship to any valid Canadian addresses. However, shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions.
  • Order delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected.
  • It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
  • You may enjoy Free standard shipping on all online orders. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. This shipping offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your purchase. Conditions apply:
  • Please ensure the original ticket is attached in the hat.
  • Note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items must be unworn. Altered merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Merchandise purchased with PayPal should be returned by mail in order to credit the PayPal account. 
  • Please note that shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable.
  • International sales are final. A refund is only accepted if the customer receives different goods to those ordered by him. In this case the buyer must notify RONNEL within 5 working days of receipt.

  • RONNEL sends all merchandise in perfect condition. Everything is packaged according to safety standards and will arrive in perfect condition under normal conditions. In the event of loss or damage during the delivery process, shipping insurance will cover the costs, thereby freeing RONNEL from all liability.
